My Philosophy:

Max says, "When it comes to lessons, my number one goal is to make kids have fun! When you enjoy playing your instrument, you practice way more and ultimately get so much better. I took piano lessons for a couple of months in elementary school, and then I quit because second-grade-me got super bored.. Nothing excited me about being forced to learn "Practice Etude #3 in C Major." I wanted to go home and play Michel Jackson bass lines on piano while my dad played right hand! As a lesson teacher, each lesson will be geared towards the individual student and the music/artists they like to listen to. We won't strictly stick to a certain beginner book or something like that; we will work on basics and fundamentals of the instrument all while having fun learning what the student desires to learn!"
